An Introduction To Pure Copper Mould Coupling
Mar 06, 2023
Pure Copper Mould Coupling is the most commonly used connecting component in the shafting transmission of mechanical products. Its function is to connect two axes to rotate together to transfer torque and motion, to compensate the relative displacement of connected two axes and to improve the system transmission dynamics characteristics. Its application scope involves the national economy total many fields, is a variety of large use of common basic components. With the progress of science and technology and the development of production, the types of mechanical products are increasing day by day, and the requirements for its performance are also improving. In order to meet the needs of different working conditions, a variety of different characteristics of the coupling is required, and the expected effect has been obtained.

Overview of Pure Copper Mould Coupling
Functional requirements and classification of Pure Copper Mould Coupling
The machine is composed of four main parts: power machine - transmission machine - controller. Coupling is used to connect two of the shaft or shaft and the rotary body, to transfer motion and torque as the basic function of the universal component.
Coupling (Figure 1-1) of the two half coupling 1, 2 with the shaft hub connection fixed on the main, driven shaft, in the use of connecting parts 3, 4, 5, 6 (rigid body, elastic body) to connect the two half coupling, the formation of rigid coupling and flexible coupling. The former only connects two axes to transmit motion and torque, and has no other functions. The two half couplings connected by metal or non-metal elastic components are called flexible couplings with metal elastic components and flexible couplings with non-metal elastic components. They use the deformation of elastic components to compensate for the relative offset of the two axes. At the same time, they have different degrees of damping, cushioning and improving the working characteristics of the transmission system. Can play the role of overload safety protection called safety coupling. All couplings can only be joined or separated by assembling and disassembling the two halves in the shutdown state.
