Rotary Joint Maintenance Precautions

1. The rotary joint drum and the inside of the pipe should be kept clean. Special attention should be paid to new equipment, and filters should be added if necessary to avoid abnormal wear and tear on the rotary joint caused by foreign matter.

2. If the machine is not used for a long time, it will cause scaling and rust inside the rotary joint. Please note that if it is used again, there will be jamming or dripping.

3. If there is an oil injection device, please fill it regularly to ensure the reliability of the rotating joint bearing.

4. The rotary joint of the fluid medium should be heated gradually to avoid sudden temperature changes.

5. Check the wear condition and thickness change of the sealing surface (generally, the normal wear is 5-10mm); observe the friction track of the sealing surface to see if there are three intermittent or scratches. It should be replaced immediately.

6. The rotary joint should be handled with care, and it is strictly forbidden to be impacted to avoid loss of joint components.

7. It is strictly forbidden for foreign objects to enter the rotary joint.

8. Do not idle the rotary joint for a long time.
