Composition
The electrical part of the automatic packaging machine generally consists of the following components:

b) The temperature control circuit is composed of an intelligent temperature control meter (see the figure below), a solid-state relay, a thermocouple element, etc., with precise temperature control, an intuitive display, and a convenient setting;

c) Realize multi-point tracking and detection by photoelectric switch, electromagnetic proximity sensor, etc.;

Working principle
With the improvement of the degree of automation, the operation, maintenance, and daily maintenance of the packaging machine are more convenient and simple, which reduces the professional skill requirements for operators. The quality of product packaging is directly related to the temperature system, the speed accuracy of the main engine, and the stability of the tracking system. After the machine is running, the film mark sensor is continuously detecting the film mark (color mark), and at the same time, the tracking micro switch of the mechanical part detects the position of the machine. The above two signals are sent to the PLC. After the program operation, the outputs Y6 (forward chasing) and Y12 (reverse chasing) control the positive and negative tracking of the tracking motor, timely discovering the errors in the production process of packaging materials and giving accurate compensation and correction, avoiding the waste of packaging materials. If the test still fails to meet the technical requirements after tracking the predetermined number of times, it can automatically stop and wait for inspection to avoid the generation of waste products. Due to the use of frequency conversion speed regulation, the chain transmission is greatly reduced, the stability and reliability of the machine operation are improved, and the machine operation is reduced. Although the application function of the transmission system used in the automatic packaging machine is relatively simple, it has high requirements on the dynamic performance of the transmission.
