How to Maintain an Electric Diaphragm Pump

1. Start:
(1) Check the tightness of all pipeline flanges and joints before starting
(2) Disk coupling; no friction or collision sounds.
(3) For the first start-up, inject liquid into the pump.
Before starting, the valves in the suction and discharge pipelines should be fully opened, and it is strictly forbidden to close the valve and open it.
After verifying the direction of rotation of the motor, start the motor.
2. Parking:
(1) Turn off the motor.
(2) Close the inlet and outlet valves of the pump.
