When the temperature reaches 650~750℃, it is fed into the filler metal, and the flame cannot directly heat the filler metal. Under the action of capillaries and wetting, the molten liquid filler metal can penetrate into the seam, and the filler metal will stop heating when it is all melted, if it continues to heat. The filler metal will constantly penetrate into, not easy to form a full welding Angle. When installing copper pipes, avoid inverted welding. If necessary, the torch flame should be heated at the head. In order to avoid solder flow, asbestos rope can be wrapped under the welding parts to prevent flow. At the end of welding, cool and wipe the joint with a damp cloth to stabilize the welded part and remove the slag produced by brazing.

According to the design drawings, draw the construction sketches of pipe branches, pipe diameters, reduced diameters, reserved openings, valves and other accessories, mark the actual installation positions, measure out the actual copper pipe sizes according to the sections, and prefabricate accordingly. Move the prefabricated copper pipes to the installation position according to their serial numbers, and then install the copper pipes in sequence. The copper pipes are installed in the sequence of main pipe first and branch pipe second. A certain distance between the copper pipes should be kept, leaving room for operation. When copper pipes are installed in rows, the straight parts should be parallel to each other. Curve part: when the copper pipe is installed horizontally or vertically, it should be equidistant from the straight part; When copper pipes are running horizontally up and down, the radius of curvature of the bent pipes must be consistent. When copper pipes are laid through expansion joints, seismic joints and settlement joints, protective measures should be taken according to the situation:

The flushing of the copper pipe system is carried out after the copper pipe pressure test is qualified. Copper pipe flushing inlet and outlet should choose the appropriate location, and can ensure that the sundries in the copper pipe system washed clean. The cross-sectional area of the drain pipe shall not be less than 60% of the section of the copper pipe to be flushed, and the drain pipe shall be connected to the drain. Flush the copper pipe of the water supply at the maximum flow rate of the system, no less than 1.5m, until the water color and transparency at the outlet are consistent with the visual inspection at the entrance. Disinfection should be carried out with water containing 20 to 30mg/L free chlorine per liter of water. The chlorinated water should be retained in the copper pipe for more than 24 hours, and then washed again after disinfection.
