With the increase in product types and the continuous improvement of product quality requirements, welding automation equipment has higher requirements for welding technology, so many products that originally had manual welding now have more and more demands and requirements for welding automation equipment.
Application features of automation equipment engineering:
1. The positioning of the workpiece on the station: According to the actual situation of the buyer's product, the axial and circumferential directions are based on a pipe connection hole (or pipe joint).
2. The loading and unloading of the workpiece (on and off the line) adopts the manual mode, and the loading of the accessories is manual and automatic.
3. Welding is automatic; the welding torch moves with multiple degrees of freedom, and the workpiece can be rotated to achieve the desired position of the weld.
4. A PLC (programmable logic controller) is used to control the entire automatic production process; the touch screen is used as the man-machine interface; and the cylinder and the motor cooperate to perform automatic actions.
