Precautions for the use of gas-liquid shared quick connectors

Mainly used for ion cooling equipment piping, brewing equipment, cutting oil piping for working machines, and car washing machines. Connected by simple lever operation, it can transfer liquids, gases, powders and more. Various body materials, sizes, and mounting shapes are available.

Do not use for fluids other than the applicable fluids.

Do not exceed the maximum working pressure when using.

Do not use it outside the operating temperature range to prevent wear or leakage of the sealing material.

Use the sealing material for the external thread of the control thread.

When installing, the applied torque should not exceed the maximum torque to prevent damage.

Please do not use it for purposes other than quick connectors.

Please do not connect with quick fluid connectors produced by other companies.

Do not artificially hit, bend, stretch, and prevent damage.

Do not use in places where metal powder or sand dust is mixed to prevent poor work or leakage.

Such as attachment of sundries will cause poor work or leakage.

The brake valve must be set before the quick connector.

Please do not use as a hinge joint.

If it is used in a machine with vibration and impact, the durability will be reduced.

Do not use water and glycol series media for steel and iron quick connectors. The zinc coating on the surface will dissolve.

The fluid used is clean fluid filtered through a filter.

The "O" seal ring must always maintain a state of oil when used.
