Precautions for the use of hydraulic quick connectors

Do not use for fluids other than the applicable fluids.

Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure limit of the quick-change joint during use.

Do not use it outside the operating temperature range to prevent wear or leakage of the sealing material.

Do not disassemble when there is oil pressure passing through

The external thread of the control thread shall use the special sealing material for the thread.

When installing, the applied torque should not exceed the maximum torque to prevent damage.

Please do not use it for purposes other than quick connectors.

Please do not connect with quick fluid connectors produced by other companies.

Do not artificially hit, bend, stretch, and prevent damage.

Do not use in places where metal powder or sand dust is mixed to prevent poor work or leakage.

Such as attachment of sundries will cause poor work or leakage.

The brake valve must be set before the quick connector.

Please do not use as a hinge joint.

If it is used in a machine with vibration and impact, it will cause a decrease in durability.

Do not use water, glycol series media. Such substances can cause the dissolution of the zinc coating on the surface.

The fluid used must be clean fluid filtered through a filter.

The "O" seal ring must always maintain a state of oil when used.

The flow velocity of the fluid should be kept below 8m/s when in use.
